Challenge
As WILLCO Painting & Construction continues to refine its marketing and messaging, they hired us to create a high-end brochure focusing on the residential construction side of their business. The goal of the project was to create a piece that would immediately attract homeowners looking to remodel or add to their homes, as well as to give an overview of what one can expect from contracting WILLCO.
Solution
The brochure features service listings and large photos, as well as custom copywriting to convey the company's message. The printing, done by Brown Printing Company here in Portland, was a 6-color job (4-color process, 1 spot color and a metallic spot color). While that meant a slight increase in cost, it was well worth it as it gave the brochure a truly higher end feel to it and made the company colors really pop.
