Challenge
Definitely one of our more creative endeavors, we were brought in by another web design company as the lead designers and developers for the Hip Furniture website.
Purveyors of high-end, modern furniture, Hip needed a major overhaul to their site's look and feel – on that better complemented the very goods they sell.
Solution
Inspired by their showroom and furniture, we went for a semi-minimalist and very clean design that focused entirely on showcasing their products (and their words, in the case of their blog).
For the back-end of the site, we built it to web standards (of course) and seamlessly integrated the site into a powerful CMS (ExpressionEngine), allowing various staff members to update virtually any part of the site.
