Case Study

In an effort to continue communication with new clients, Avenue Salon Spa (formerly known as Avenue Hair Design & Nails) needed a mailer in addition to their automatic emails that get sent after a new client has visited since not everyone gives their email address.

Our solution was a simple postcard that not only says "Thank You", but also says "Welcome" and gives clients an incentive to come back not once, but twice. In addition, the postcard required some dual branding since Avenue is an Aveda salon. To solve this we used images provided by Aveda, as well as their logo. However, the goal was to keep Avenue as the primary brand and Aveda as secondary.

Also, to keep with their eco-friendly mission, the postcard was printed on 10% post-consumer waste, 30% recycled paper, processed chlorine-free using vegetable based inks.
