I stumbled across this site not too long ago, I believe while doing some research on trademarks. I haven't used it but it seems like a great service for trademark and servicemark registration without the hassle of going through an attorney (although some of their service packages offer attorney assistance). So, if you're looking into registering your trademark in the US, Trademarkia.com might be worth checking out.
