The Walk to Washington is a website for depression awareness. And it's insanely cool.
I'm not going to pretend like I've read a bunch of the content (I haven't), but clicking through the site, it's clear that every detail was well thought out. This, and its excellent usability (and super cool countdown widget) make it a solid example of awesome design in modern web development.
