We're back at it starting today. Like a lot of small businesses, we've been contemplating what 2010 will hold for us and making the plans to help us answer that. But what about you? What does the new year mean for your business' brand and online marketing efforts? Not sure? Here are some questions to ask yourself:
- What online marketing campaign provided the most return? The least?
- How did your customers perceive you last year or currently? Does that need to change?
- Have you been connecting with your audience in a meaningful way?
- Is your branding / image appropriate not just for your business, but for your target audience?
- Has your target audience changed?
- Is your core message the same, similar or vastly different now?
