Fair enough. However, I disagree on the contingency that it completely depends on the company, person, etc. I also think Twitter can absolutely be **a** place for customer service, but certainly not the only place (that would be a huge mistake). For some folks, it's just easier/faster/better/whatever than phone or even email. Plus, it can easily be a proactive medium for customer service. Twitter is not the place for customer servcice, a phone number is best. Email is better. 3. Your name certainly will get out their, Read 1. 4.
