Bulk emailing is a great way to stay in touch with your customers, be it a newsletter, ads, etc. But did you know that here in the US there are laws that you must abide by or you could be slapped with a penalty? Yep, it's true. If you're not familiar with CAN-SPAM, now is a good time to know what is required in your email.
