Doing some visual / inspirational research for a client project not too long ago, I stumbled across the Comfort Brothers website.
Initially what caught my eye was the overall design and color scheme. But what made me stick around was the copy - the headlines in particular. Sites like this one continue to make a strong case for a good copywriter. Not every site will have the same playful and assertive tone the Comfort Bros. site has, but a good copywriter is important to make a good impact nonetheless.
As for look and feel, a lot of attention went into the details of the site. From the navigation tabs, to the footer design to the tiling background. That makes for a stellar an awesome design.
