The bigger broker corporations have the standard template look and a lot of independent agents and brokers have shoddy sites that are barely usable. Real estate agents/brokers are supposed to help facilitate the sale or purchase of a new home, so a fair amount of trust is required - a home is the most expensive item most people will ever buy after all. So why not help facilitate that trust as well by presenting yourself in a much more professional way?
